I work with people and organizations to foster community and connection that transcends demographic boundaries and makes space for everyone to participate.
I have worked all across Canada and in the UK for many government organizations and non-profits, including Katimavik, British Council Global Changemakers, The Otesha Project, David Suzuki Foundation, the Centre for Social Innovation, and The Iona Community, among others.
I paint with acrylic, watercolour and gouache. My favourite things to paint are flora and fauna, old homes and storefronts, and pets.
My books are open for house portrait and pet portrait commissions.
I am currently exploring lino/woodcut printing and look forward to trying wheel-thrown pottery in future!
I am a new blogger, write and perform my poems, and am working on two play scripts. My editorial writing has been published in Alternatives Journal.
I grew up with my family on our forest homestead in Haliburton, Ontario and love exploring of every kind.
I canoe camp in the backcountry, kayak, hike, cross-country ski, climb, and know my way around an outdoor medical emergency or survival situation. I take pride in my belief that the outdoors is for everyone and break down barriers where I find them to ensure everyone gets the chance to spend time outside.
I am an emerging theatre artist interested in performance, set design, puppetry, directing, and playwriting. I’m an alumni of the Paprika Festival and have taken courses in performance in Toronto, Canada and London, UK.
